Top 4 Butt Exercises



Many of us want a Butt like Kim Kardashian or Beyonce WITHOUT getting Bootyshots or Butt implents . From Personal experience it DEFINETLY is possible to achieve a bottom such as theirs. It takes Hard work & Dedication. Excitement is [Always] there when you first begin but you have to keep the excitement there!

1) Squats
Squats are one of the BEST exercises you can do for your hips, butt and thighs and they're a functional exercise, helping us build strength for a variety of daily activities. As well as you dont need anything but space to do the workout!


2) Lunges-- Lunges work so many muscles at the same time. On the front leg, you'll work the glutes and hamstrings and, on the back leg, you'll work the quads and calves. AGain you don't need any equipment, so there is NO reason why you can't do these at home.

  
3) Step ups
For step ups, place one foot on a step or platform and push through the heel to lift the body up. Use a step that's high enough, although you may need to work up to a higher step if you're a beginner. You eventually want a height were your knee is at about a 90-degree angle.
 
4) High Extentions
THIS IS MY FAVORITE!! While I'm fond of more compound moves (like the squats, lunges and step ups listed above) since they work more muscle groups, the hip extension is an exercise that specificially targets the largest muscle in the body...the gluteus maximus. In addition, you can hold a dumbbell behind the knee or use ankle weights for added intensity. This one Mainly focuses on your Gluteus YAEE!!
                   

So there is NO reason ladies why you cant workout on your butts.. Listed above are FOUR top workouts that you can do at home!
