Is He OR She the right one for You??
The question we ALL wonder sometimes : Is he/she the right person for me? Even when you are "Crazy" about someone doesn't mean they are your "soul mate", it could just be mixed emotions! Would you feel different in a month? 3 years? 5years? etc! Wondering if you can commit to someone is a deep thinking process because EVERYONE has different criteria! As in any beginning relationship, you have to start with assessing that person. So with that being said below are listed signs that He/She is the "Right" one for you! You dont have to agree to ALL but at least to more then half willl mean you found that special one!
1. You can be yourself around him. When you first meet someone, we all know First impression is EVERYthing! Therefore, you are not "yourself". But when you don't feel like you have to be someone else OR edit your thoughts that's a good person to be around.
2. You tell him/her things you don't tell anyone else. The desire to tell him intimate details about your life or things that you would'nt tell ANYBODY else means you trust him/her. Having someone to talk to that you can TRUST is a major component of successful long-term love.
3. You laugh together. There is NOTHING better else then having someone to laugh with. Laughter is one of life's simplest pleasures! Also You need the right amount of time with him. You long for him—but not too much. Some neediness is good but TOO much time spent is Aggravating!!
4. You respect him. You don't want to change who he is. There may be things that irritate you in everyday life—if he insists on wearing his favorites, Jay'z, Plain Tees, OR NOT putting toliet seat down, and STILL playing his video games ECT lol—but you like him, plain and simple.
5. You want him to meet your parents. You're Not embarrased to show him off to your friends and family—as opposed to feeling like you have to make excuses for him. TURN OFF
6. You let her see you in moments of weakness.
It's easy to be happy with someone when you're feeling good about life. But what about when Money is low or a lost job? She should be a comfort during tough times, not a burden.
7. You're not afraid to disagree with him. Even when you guys fight, he'll listen to you and won't brush you off. He takes you seriously, even when he thinks you're wrong. You dont want a guy who curses you out and doesn't Respect you. LETS DO BETTER!
8. Work out your major differences. ALWAYS work out your differences whether its opinions about religion, money or something else—you want to work them out with him, and come to a conclusion that both of you agree on and Humble yourself. You cant win EVERY arguement.
9. You're surprisingly STILL & FOREVERMORE attracted to him/her. PLAN AND SiMPLE AS SAID IN BOLD...^^
10. You don't feel too jealous. You're comfortable with him going out with his friends—even female friends. You let each other have your own lives and hobbies. Just don't allow him to have TOO much freedom then get mad at him when YOU allowed him to go out! It works BOTH ways. So keep guidelines and rules but Nothing Too strict!
11. You feel like she makes you a better person.She makes you feel smart, funny, attractive, creative—like the best version of yourself. You feel like she brings out and complements the best parts of you that will allow you to do better in life. [KEEPER]
12. You can imagine a future together. You don't have to practice writing your first name with his last name, but do you periodically let your mind wander to picture a life together? If you see yourself NEVER getting tired of him and ACTUALLY putting your Everything then he/she is a keeper!
These are some guidelines to knowing if He/She is "Right" for you. Follow the signs and im Sure they will help you along the way to finding out if he/she is a perfect match!
I know A LOT of us these days aren't trying to "Wife" someone because of trust issues or past relationships! BUT a Relationship is built on trust!! And at least you will know where you are currently with!

Racism or Keepin It Real???
Is NIVEA serious about this ad campaign??? Telling black men to "Re-Civilize Themselves" and to "look like they give a damn". All I can do is shake my head and say racism is alive and well...
How do you feel about this? Is it racist..or is Nivea just "Keepin It Real" and presenting black men as they present themselves??
WE HAVE TO DO BETTER! This is exactly how White America views our black men....and its sad, because its some truth to it!

THERE IS HOPE! Will and Jada DiDN'T SPLIT!!!
Early this morning, MediaTakeOut released reports that after 13 years of marriage, Will and Jada Pinkett Smith had reportedly split up. The internet was buzzing with everyone saying there was no hope for relationships if this was true. To many, these two are the epitome of "BLACK LOVE". A few years ago these two made headlines when they reportedly stated they were "swingers" but thank God for Twitter, Wills son Trey, from a previous relationship, went to his account to clear up the rumors.
These two are a power couple, with a POWER family. They have a son and a daughter, Willow and Jayden Smith, who have been ruling the entertainment business this past year. Willow released "Whip My Hair" and made millions off of it and in the same year Jayden starred in the remake of Karate Kid 2 racking in millions as well. In a joint statement from Will and Jada, they tell Entertainment Tonight, “Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact.”
So YES there still is HOPE for relationships in this generation!!!
